There are no born pessimists. Even optimists are not born into our world just like that. So you can't automatically be a lucky guy or a unlucky guy. Both were not put in your cradle. This means that at least 40 percent are influenced by yourself.

Consciously choose happiness

You have to remind yourself every day to be happy. Make a conscious decision to be happy and to enjoy the little things. Without a conscious decision to do so, your happiness will not last long. Practice also makes perfect in this case. Those who give up too quickly will not keep happiness. Every day, remember what you wanted to be happy for. So your own well-being needs to be trained.

And even if your genetics have an influence on whether you feel good quickly or it is difficult for you to be positive: everyone has to practice long-term happiness. Practicing and remembering daily leads to a long happy life. So follow every day the intention to do something good for you - and you're on the right track.
