What really matters in life and how we can recognize True Happiness

The train was late again today. The thick jacket is still lying at home, and the wind destroys the hairstyle. The washing machine has given up the ghost. A glass broke and the children scream too loud once again. Everyday life often robs you of your strength. Too little sleep. Too much work. Too few rest breaks.

But not every day is the same. Everyone has good and bad days. And at the end of a day, we often just fall into bed tired, still try to throw the household, even though it's already midnight or just feel unbalanced.

A busy day is quite normal - really?

But what if there is no budget? If you couldn't pre-cook your food for the next day at midnight? What if you couldn't just lie down in your bed after a hard day? What would our life be like if we didn't have all these everyday problems?

Would it be better if the train arrived on time, but you could not afford a train ticket? Would it be better if you always had your jacket with you, because you have nothing else? Would it be nicer to always have perfect hair, but not to be able to feel the wind on your skin, because you are only allowed to be inside? Would it be better not to have a washing machine and dishes? Would it be easier if we didn't have a bed to lie in after a hard day?

What would YOUR LIFE be without everyday life?

Where would you be if you had no job, no family and no apartment? Isn't it much more important to keep in mind what we have? To see what privilege we have to sleep in our own bed? Go shopping. Have a Netflix subscription. To be able to wear different jackets for every season. Use a phone ...

It is not reprehensible to have different emotions on the day. Being upset or upset about things. Complaining is fine. But at the end of the day, the focus should be on what YOU are grateful for. And this question is currently more relevant than ever - because not everywhere people can talk about gratitude.

Not far from us, families are separated. Destroyed possessions and spread unrest. And no one would want to exchange their regulated everyday life for it. No one would want to miss their fatigue after a 40 hour week, the noisy playing of their own children or the exhausting weekly shopping.

What are you grateful for?

There is injustice all over the world. We, too, sometimes feel that we are not treated fairly or curse after an argument, a failed train or a spilled coffee. But at the end and at the beginning of a day, the question should always be: what am I grateful for?

Positive affirmations not only strengthen the inner power, but also give support. Be grateful.
