Does money make you happy?

Does more money really mean more happiness? Many will have already asked themselves this question, and rightly so. In magazines and media, we see glamorous people with expensive vehicles, huge loft apartments and great green gardens every day. We see healthy food, chic clothes and a happy smile on countless photos. These people have it all! However, anyone who says money makes you happy is probably only partly right.

How happy does money make?

Those who have more money can afford a higher standard of living - buy food, clothes and real estate, drive a new car and book a luxury vacation. Yes, that's possible. But in the end, money only makes you happy to a certain extent.

A little more money has not made anyone unhappy yet. If the basic needs are all covered, a small holiday is possible or a concert ticket is not too expensive, we are happy. Of course. Everyone will know it, if everything is possible that you wish for in everyday life, then this is fulfilled and we are happy. But what if we are already satisfied?

What to do with all the money?

Those who already have everything they want in everyday life are happy. But there are people who have even more money. Once you have crossed the threshold of your own happy and fulfilled everyday life, it depends on what you do with the money. So if you have too much money and spend it on the wrong things, you are not automatically happier than people with less money.

Those who spend money on others feel better. Getting into the body Hormones of happiness poured out. This does not happen if we only use our money ourselves. Gifting makes us happy and is in any case a wonderful act to use your own money.

Is money everything in life?

So if you have enough money to make a happy life possible, you are usually fine. Those who also share with others will be happier. Accordingly, even a little money can lead to great happiness if you already share the little things. It does not always have to be a large sum that you give away or donate to others. Even small things bring joy. Everyone decides for himself what he spends his money on and what he makes of his life.

We do not have to be satisfied with little and we can also give ourselves gifts at any time. If we want to change something in our lives, then we should do that. No one has to give in to his misfortune - because everyone is responsible for their own happiness - no matter if there is money in the game or not.
